Standard mail outside of AUSTRALIA via (DHL GLOBAL MAIL)

The following countries accepts PO Box addresses only:

• Shipments for these destinations will be returned to shipper if no P.O. Box is displayed in the address: Oman, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

Shipments to Russia and Ukraine - HAVE NOW BEEN SUSPENDED

Important Information

• All orders shipped outside of Australia require a signature
• Orders are processed usually within 48 hours from time of purchase excluding weekends and Australian public holidays - with the exception of pre-order and specialty items
• We advise to contact us at info@styleaddict.com.au if parcel has not been received at its expected destination 10 business days after the Estimated Time of Arrival.
• Please note that the shipping costs that StyleAddict provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their address back to StyleAddict as this fee is in no way covered by StyleAddict.

Pre-orders & Specialty items

• Pre-orders and specialty items will not be dispatched until the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Any orders containing non pre-order items will be only shipped upon arrival of the pre-order
• Separate shipping can be organised by way of contacting our team and paying an additional shipping fee
• Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative date shown on the product page - In the case of unexpected delays - we will make a strong effort to be in contact to inform you of this

Customs, import duties and taxes

• Prices do not include relevant overseas customs and/or import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office for further information as it is the responsibility of the customer.
• Estimated delivery times do not include delays which may arise from custom holds
• Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order

Incorrect order details including ordered items

• Editing order items including changes to shipping addresses or other order details may not be possible once an order has been processed
  Please check all order details carefully before you place your order
• Refunds will not be issued for 'return to sender' and/or if details are entered incorrectly

Lost packages

• Please contact us immediately in order for us to investigate further
